Since I was a little kid I've admired the toned bodies of Olympians as well as those in the paintings of Michelangelo. At a young age, I made a decision to have a body like theirs.

When I was 15, I started training by doing gymnastics, swimming, martial arts, aerobics and body building. During this time, I learned the importance of discipline.

At 18 I decided to become a professional group exercise instructor and personal trainer. I found great satisfaction in helping others improve their fitness.

During the early days of the exercise craze in the mid-1980s, I had a chance to learn from and work with the best teachers in the business.

I continued my education in Business Management while training and competing nationally in aerobic and body building events. I have spent the last 20 years working at the top line gyms as a trainer and group exercise instructor.

Recently, I've discovered the art of therapeutic healing and control of the body, mind and spirit though Yoga and Pilates.

My goal is to enhance your level of fitness in the safest and most effective way.
